This is my custom 1950 Fender Broadcaster relic. It was created from an ultra light Warmoth swamp ash body and a Warmoth Maple neck. The body was stained  butterscotch and the neck was stained antique maple. The body and neck were finished with nitrocellulose clear gloss lacquer finish with krackle effect. All hardware is from a 1956 Telecaster. The neck pickup is a Seymour Duncan Vintage and the Bridge pickup is a Fender 1952 re-issue. This guitar looks, feels and plays like a true vintage Fender. Note the bit of corrosion on the tuning pegs. The Fender Custom shop doesn't do that detail on it's relic guitars!
